Cross Fight Fitness describes its strength and conditioning program as a fusion of all the best training methods with the goal of improving fitness and quality of life. They combine movements such as sprinting, rowing, jumping rope, climbing rope, flipping tires, weightlifting, carrying heavy objects, and many body weight movements for a great variety of challenging workouts; equipment used includes war ropes, monkey bars, Thai pads, barbells, dumbbells, punching bags, pull-up bars, kettle bells, medicine balls, and boxes for various exercises.

These elements are mixed in numerous combinations to form workouts named and modeled after professional fighters . The aim of ‘Cross Fight Fitness’ is to physically prepare people for whatever life might throw at them. We use the workouts to measure our progress but it’s not about being stronger or faster than everyone else in the class, it’s about being “The Best YOU Can Be Individually”.
